If you recognize these signs: Take a break β Use our self-exclusion tools. Seek help β Contact support organizations. Talk to someone β Friends, family, or professionals can help.

Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 15, 2023
1. Introduction
Welcome to WhotLudo ("the Game"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our online Whot/Ludo game. By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Legal Note: This establishes the contractual relationship.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to play WhotLudo.
Compliance Note: Age requirement should match legal gambling age in your target jurisdictions. For some regions, this might need to be 19+.
2.2 The Game is void where prohibited by law.
Regulatory Note: Critical disclaimer for gambling regulations.
2.3 You may only maintain one account per person.
Operational Note: Prevents multi-accounting abuse. Consider adding consequences like "Violation may result in all associated accounts being permanently banned." Implementation will require identity verification measures.
3. Game Rules
3.1 WhotLudo follows standard Whot/Ludo rules unless otherwise specified.
Game Design Note:
3.2 All decisions by the Game administrators are final.
Dispute Note: Protects against endless disputes. May want to add an appeals process for premium users. Check gambling commission requirements in your jurisdiction regarding dispute resolution.
3.3 Any form of cheating, including but not limited to collusion, use of bots, or exploitation of software bugs, is strictly prohibited.
Security Note: Define cheating more specifically if needed. Consider referencing your Fair Play Policy. Add examples: chip dumping, soft play, use of RTA (real-time assistance) tools. Specify monitoring methods.
4. Virtual Currency
4.1 WhotLudo uses virtual currency ("Chips") that have no monetary value.
Legal Note: Crucial for social Whot/Ludo games to avoid gambling classification. For real-money Whot/Ludo, replace with cash game rules. Some jurisdictions may still consider virtual currency gambling - consult legal counsel.
4.2 Chips cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of currency.
Compliance Note: Prevents becoming an unlicensed money transmitter. Even indirect redemption (e.g., for gift cards) may trigger gambling laws. Some states prohibit "simulated gambling" regardless.
4.3 The Game may offer in-app purchases for additional Chips or features.
Monetization Note: Must comply with platform rules (Apple App Store 3.1.1, Google Play policies). Consider adding "All purchases are final" if no refunds allowed. May need to disclose drop rates for randomized rewards.
5. Account Termination
5.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
Enforcement Note: Specify notice requirements if any (e.g., 7-day warning for minor violations). For real-money Whot/Ludo, include funds disposition policy. Some jurisdictions require appeals processes.
5.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
User Rights Note: GDPR/CCPA may require self-service deletion options. Specify processing time ("within 30 days"). Clarify if virtual currency is forfeited upon termination.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data.
Compliance Note: Link must be conspicuous. Privacy policy must detail data collection (e.g., gameplay analytics, payment info). If targeting EU/California, include GDPR/CCPA rights sections.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 WhotLudo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Legal Note: Include specific disclaimers: merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement. Some jurisdictions limit warranty disclaimers - consult local laws. For real-money, may need to guarantee fund security.
7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
Risk Note: May not be enforceable for gross negligence/willful misconduct. Some states prohibit certain liability limitations. Consider insurance for uncovered liabilities.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Amendment Note: Specify notice method (email, in-app alert). For material changes, consider affirmative consent requirements. Some jurisdictions require 30-day advance notice for adverse changes.
By clicking "Accept", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
